Croatian coast offers the best of Mediterranean nature, cuisine, history and culture and some of the most special sights are on its more than 1000 islands. The capacity of the boat is 12 people so you can take your group of friends, business partners or family for a fun Adriatic trip. If you possess valid license rent this boat on own, but otherwise count in our skipper who will gladly provide you with local advice. - Wir haben über Borrow A Boat ein Boot für einen Kroatienurlaub gebucht. Es hätte vom Anfang bis Ende nicht besser laufen können. Aufgrund unserer relativ spontanen Entscheidung zu verreisen, war es unmöglich so kurzfristig im Netz noch ein Boot aufzutreiben. Dank des sehr engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeiters von Borrow A Boat, Herrn Mathias Spenlingwimmer, hat es nach drei Tagen Suche doch noch geklappt. Während dieser Zeit wurden wir täglich telefonisch kontaktiert und über den aktuellen Stand informiert. Die Übergabe vor Ort in Selce verlief ebenso glatt. Wir wurden von Herrn Zoran (Ilijanic?) breits erwartet.Das Boot war blitzeblank und in einem ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Zoran war äußerst hilfsbereit und wirkte sehr kompetent. Auch die Rückgabe gestaltete sich einfach und unkompliziert. Eine durchweg positive Erfahrung!!

Security deposit
A refundable €500 security deposit will have to be paid at check-in. Like car rentals, boat charters require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damage. The amount varies by boat model and is returned after inspection if no damage is found.
Insurance
This boat is managed by a professional charter company with comprehensive insurance. Your liability for damages is limited to the security deposit. For added peace of mind, you can protect your deposit by purchasing deposit insurance.

What happens when I request a quote?
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the boat, as well as check for alternative ones. To ensure your experience is the best it can be, we may contact you to discuss your request in detail. Let us do the research for you - free of charge.
When can I get in touch with the captain/skipper?
The timing depends on your charter type. For crewed charters, we can provide the captain's contact details upon request. For bareboat charters with a hired skipper, you can request the contact information 1-3 weeks before departure.
What is the Charter Fee?
The Charter Fee is an additional, obligatory cost, which typically includes the end cleaning of the boat, home port fees, and linen & towels. The details of the charter fee differ depending on the boat, location and charter partner.
Are there any other costs I should be aware of?
There are marina fees and fuel costs which vary depending on the type, duration and location of your sailing holiday. Marina fees need to be paid at each marina you choose to dock overnight - the amount varies but you may be able to find this information in advance by contacting the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re sailing a motorboat or a sailboat. You can estimate fuel costs by double-checking your chosen boat’s engine, and the expected distance you aim to sail.
