There is of course a reason why the Aqualine 550, which was designed according to ergonomic aspects but has a sleek and modern design, is one of the bestsellers. Hardly any other trailer boat in the 18-foot segment offers such a successful room layout, along with generous space in the cockpit and cabin area.
It doesn't matter whether YOU want to use the 550, which is approved for five people, for leisurely water hiking, as a directional and safe-running glider for eventful day tours or as a fast day cruiser boat - with the 60 hp engine everything is possible.
The invitingly designed forward cabin offers two to three berths and plenty of freedom of movement, and it is even possible to take a chemical toilet with you without any problems.

Security deposit
A refundable €300 security deposit will have to be paid at check-in. Like car rentals, boat charters require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damage. The amount varies by boat model and is returned after inspection if no damage is found.
Insurance
This boat is managed by a professional charter company with comprehensive insurance. Your liability for damages is limited to the security deposit. For added peace of mind, you can protect your deposit by purchasing deposit insurance.

When can I get in touch with the captain/skipper?
The timing depends on your charter type. For crewed charters, we can provide the captain's contact details upon request. For bareboat charters with a hired skipper, you can request the contact information 1-3 weeks before departure.
What is the Charter Fee?
The Charter Fee is an additional, obligatory cost, which typically includes the end cleaning of the boat, home port fees, and linen & towels. The details of the charter fee differ depending on the boat, location and charter partner.
Are there any other costs I should be aware of?
There are marina fees and fuel costs which vary depending on the type, duration and location of your sailing holiday. Marina fees need to be paid at each marina you choose to dock overnight - the amount varies but you may be able to find this information in advance by contacting the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re sailing a motorboat or a sailboat. You can estimate fuel costs by double-checking your chosen boat’s engine, and the expected distance you aim to sail.
